Hello, my name is Wilson Rumbeiha. I teach toxicology to veterinary and graduate students. I am also engaged in training Toxicology Residents. I am originally from Uganda. I graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Makerere University, Kampala Uganda. I then did my PhD in the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Ontario Veterinary College, Guelph, Ontario Canada. Following a Residency in Toxicology in the Department of Clinical Sciences at Kansas State University, I got board-certified in Veterinary toxicology. Following a short stint in industry, I joined Michigan State University (MSU) in the Department of Pathobiology as an Assistant Professor and rose through the ranks. After about 15 yrs of service at MSU I joined Iowa State University and then UC Davis. I enjoy biking, soccer, and travel. I am very excited to serve as your advisor.
