So this is an extra special edition of announcements. I know most of us do not like to check our emails during break – partially because we're all forever in denial about our final grades – so below you can find a few announcements that were sent to our listserve. We encourage all of our members to participate in them.
January's Pet of The MOnth submissions
So if you have not yet joined our Facebook, please do so. If you have any problems joining the Facebook group, please feel free to email any of the board members. We'd be more than happy to add you. We post updates on club events, encourage general chit-chat, and a lot of members offer advice on classes, apartment life (pesky internet services), and more.
POTM SUBMISSION RULES:
Since the photos will be posted on our social media, we have added a few rules as some of the photos are hard to crop for banners, events and the website.
- You can enter up to 3 photos total
- You can always re-enter photos from previous months, still must be a total of 3 photos.
- Photo should be horizontally-oriented, a vertically oriented photo will have most of the image cut off, so make sure that if your photo IS vertically oriented that when you make it your cover photo the majority of the picture doesn't get cut off.
- Make sure the quality of the photo is clear (not blurry) and has good lighting.
Please be sure to submit all photos to Brigitte with "Pet of the Month" in the subject line before the 28th day of each month before 5 PM. However, the deadline for February POTM is TBA.
